I. Product structure and principle
- Core Construction:The single-effect concentrator consists of heater, evaporation chamber, condenser, vacuum system and control system. The heater provides heat source, the evaporation chamber realizes liquid evaporation and concentration, the condenser cools the steam, the vacuum system maintains the low-pressure environment, and the control system accurately regulates each parameter. The main body of the equipment is made of stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance and stability, in line with health standards.
- How it works:Using vacuum negative pressure to reduce the boiling point of the liquid material, the liquid material is heated in a low-temperature environment, so that the solvent (e.g., water) is rapidly evaporated into steam. The steam is liquefied and recovered by condenser, and the concentrated liquid is retained in the evaporation chamber and discharged by vacuum or gravity, realizing high efficiency concentration, which is especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
