I. Product structure and principle
Structural components:

- vacuum system: It consists of vacuum pump, vacuum piping and related valves, which can maintain a stable vacuum environment inside the equipment, reduce the boiling point of materials and promote the evaporation process.
- Pipes and valves: Connects components to achieve smooth flow of materials, steam, condensate, etc. The valve allows precise control of flow and pressure.

How it works:
The material firstly enters into the first effect evaporator, and is heated and evaporated by steam (or other heat source) under vacuum. The secondary steam generated into the second effect evaporator, as the heat source of the second effect evaporator, the material in the second effect evaporator for heating and evaporation, to realize the secondary use of energy and improve thermal efficiency. The concentrated material in the first and second effect evaporator reaches the set concentration and is discharged. The secondary vapor produced by evaporation is cooled and condensed into liquid in the condenser for recovery. The vacuum system maintains the whole process in a vacuum environment to reduce the boiling point of the material, accelerate the evaporation speed, and at the same time protect the heat-sensitive components from being destroyed.

IV. Operation and maintenance
Operation:
- Before starting the machine, check whether the parts are firmly connected, whether the valve opening and closing status is correct, and whether the meter is normal.
- Turn on the vacuum system to establish a vacuum environment inside the unit.
- Start the heating system and set the heating temperature of the first and second effect evaporators.
- Slowly feed the material, control the feeding speed and liquid level to avoid material overflow or dry burning.
- According to the material characteristics and concentration requirements, adjust the temperature, pressure, vacuum and other parameters, real-time monitoring of equipment operation status.
- After the concentration is completed, first stop feeding, then turn off the heating system and vacuum system in turn, and finally discharge the concentrated liquid.
Maintenance:
- Regularly clean the evaporator, condenser and other components to remove internal dirt and deposits to prevent affecting heat transfer efficiency and product quality.
- Check the sealing performance of valves and pipes and replace worn or aged seals in time to prevent leakage.
- Regularly calibrate temperature, pressure, level and other instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
- Perform regular maintenance on key equipment such as vacuum pumps, adding lubricant, checking motor operation, etc., in accordance with the instruction manual.
- When the equipment is out of service for a long period of time, the inside of the equipment should be cleaned and dried, and the equipment should be guarded if necessary.
