II. Structural features

Tank designThe main body adopts vertical round tank shape, the upper head is standard oval or butterfly, the lower head can choose standard conical, butterfly or oval, the internal transition area adopts round arc transition, no hygienic dead corner, which greatly improves the cleaning convenience and meets the requirements of high hygiene standards.
Structure typeSingle-layer, double-layer (tank and lower head are equipped with insulation layer) and jacketed (tank and lower head are equipped with jacket and insulation layer) are available, which can be flexibly selected according to the actual use scenario and customer needs. At the same time, it supports vertical or horizontal installation, and can be customized with special shapes such as square and round, and equipped with mechanical stirring device to meet diversified process requirements.

III. Flexible allocation

The tank can be equipped with aseptic air filters, digital or dial thermometers, pressure gauges, sight glasses, sanitary manholes, inlet and outlet holes, CIP universal rotating cleaning ball, level meters and other components as required, and can also be customized according to the customer's special requirements, to create a personalized equipment that is adapted to the actual production process.
